We craft forward-looking concepts in the field of training and internal communication. To this, we work as a team with a great deal of passion and in close coordination with our customers – from the initial briefing, through concept development, to implementation and long-term project support.
For our largest client, a South German sports car manufacturer, we have been successfully implementing projects in the field of internal communications, education and training for over 15 years.
In addition to corporate publishing, project management and training, our portfolio also includes editing, media design, art direction, video, consulting and digital communication.
Training
We develop concepts and designs for trainings, seminars and workshops and, if desired, conduct them on an international scale. In addition to face-to-face seminars and live streams, we work with our clients to develop state-of-the-art hybrid solutions that reach all target groups in the company and ensure optimal knowledge transfer.
Video content with clear imagery and memorable presentation of topics is another cornerstone of the Marketing Manufaktur seminar strategy. Our video formats convey complex content in an understandable way and sensitize the target group to the topics conveyed.
We conduct digital training with many interactive elements with our IT partner smicro (a subsidiary of Marketing Manufaktur) and our own learning platform.
Internal communication
Internal communication is not only necessary for the targeted and reliable transfer of information within a company, but is also the most important factor in shaping and maintaining the corporate culture.
Together with our clients, we identify the most important internal target groups, develop customized strategies and put them into practice. In addition to the timely provision of information, we ensure greater relevance and dynamics in the communication of all messages. In doing so, we rely on a consistent CI, multichannel communication and contemporary content.
